According to a recent survey from home improvement resource Porch.com, a whopping 86 percent of home inspections uncover at least one thing that needs to be fixed.

According to the survey, some of the most common issues uncovered during the home inspection include:
- Roofing (19.7 percent)
- Electrical (18.7 percent)
- Windows (18.4 percent)
- Gutters (16.9 percent)
- Plumbing (13.6 percent)
